RESOLUTION
To Reprentatives of all Vietnamese Associations in DFW To all members of the Vietnamese American Community of Greater Dallas
The Current Board Members of the Board of Directors of the Vietnamese American Community of Greater Dallas (VACGD) and the Members of Board of Advisory of the VACGD (former Presidents), either present at this facility (3221 Beltline Rd, Garland TX) or through proxy, after reviewing all past attempts to solve and to remediate all internal conflicts, after careful considering the current dead end conditions in our community activity; we, either signed this Resolution before you or signed proxy through email, have come to this Resolution:
In accordance with the following Articles of the By Laws of the Vietnamese American Community of Greater Dallas:
1- By Laws Amendment No II, Article 7: All Former Presidents would automatically be a member of the Board of Directors, but would not be allowed to become an Officer of the Board. 2- Article V-4-2 states that The Board of Directors would decide the final solution in all emergency situations that could not have foreseen. 3- Article V-8-2 states that in some unforeseen situation, with 2/3 of the vote, the Board of Directors could impeach any Officers of the Board including President.
For the future of the Vietnamese American Community of Greater Dallas, we agreed to impeach Mr. Cung, Nhat Thanh from the position of President of the Board of Directors.
